Treat head lice at home

Head lice are supposed to be a very widespread problem among many people. A lot of people round the globe are infected with lice in their hair. There are many such home remedies which one can use so that they can treat these things at their own.

Have you ever heard of the parasites which reside in the hair of a person? They live there and one thing which helps them living them is the blood. These parasites are no other than head lice. These lice are commonly found in the head of lots and lots of people. They are very minute creatures which are either grey in colour or brown and do not have any kind of wings. The live of a person's head and feed on the blood of that person on whom they reside. These lice lay eggs called as nits which generally hatch after a period of about 10 days. They generally multiply and thus a single louse can become into hundreds and thousands lice and that too in a very short span. The problem of head lice generally occurs due to improper hair washing method and less hair washing. If at all you are facing this problem then what you can do is to use vinegar while washing your hair. Vinegar is a great product that can help you get rid of this problem very soon. You can use it along with your shampoo or conditioner and can get rid of this problem. Another thing which you can do is to apply coconut oil on your scalp properly after shampooing it. But make sure that you apply proper conditioner on your hair after shampooing it and then take a cotton piece and apply it on your head. This is a very good treatment which will help you to get away with your head lice problem and that too from the roots.

In addition to this there are some other home remedies which you can use so that the problem of lice in you head solves completely. You can take butter and few lemon drops to it. Apply this mixture on your head properly and keep it for about half a minute. Then you can rinse it thoroughly so that all the mixture gets washed off. Another remedy which you can use to get rid from your head lice is to make a paste from certain ingredients. Take one tea spoon of garlic paste and add to it one tea spoon of lime juice. After that you can apply this mixture on your scalp properly. Make sure that you apply this paste on every corner of your head. Then wash you head thoroughly with an apt shampoo. This will work wonders for head lice.
